Смарт-контракт в Geth с использованием web3j

Я пытаюсь развернуть свой смарт-контракт Solidity в сети ethereum testrpc. Это мой контракт солидности:

Я использую web3j для развертывания этого контракта в сети ethereum testrpc, которая сейчас работает только на одном компьютере. Ниже приведена команда, которую я использую в консоли JAVA:

Я сгенерировал все необходимые abi и bin для вышеуказанного контракта.

Но я не могу выполнить развертывание в этой сети tetrpc Ethereum. Кто-нибудь может ответить ПОЧЕМУ?
